Eazy Secure Parking is the best parking spot for long term or short term parking at Heathrow...What an excellent service provided by Valentino. I purchased the park and ride service which allows you to park at the secure facility and then be ferried to the airport with your car key in your pocket. This service also includes pick up included on your arrival date.When I return the cold had got to my vehicle and it didn't start so Valentino went above and beyond to assist me with a jump start.Using this service made my dream holiday have an absolute dream and smooth return to a freezing cold 🇬🇧 U.K.I will be using everytime I travel via Heathrow from now on simply due to the level of customer service provided and customer satisfaction i have.Thanks again Valentino.
I recently dropped my car with eazy secure parking for a month. Mr Valentino the master brain of the parking. Incredible experience with him. A great guy to have connection with. Timely dropping and pick up to/from the airport. Very friendly , cheap price , he doesn’t even collect amount from us for the entry and drop to airport. I literally saw him paying 7.5 GBP from his card for pick up exit from the airport. Very safe parking space , gates closed at night for the safety of the car, I would say we wont be able to find a negative point with his service. I would give him 100 star if possible. Will recommend him genuinely to all those wish to drop their car near to Heathrow airport.
I would highly recommend Eazy Secure Parking. I met Valentino, he is a very kind and friendly person and the parking was indoor and therefore it was very safe. I would definitely give this a 5 star review. and I will absolutely book this service again.
Everything was perfect, Valentino is a lovely man, the main reason I didn't want to fly from Heathrow was I wasn't sure about a reputable car park to leave my car! He puts you at ease and the drop off and pick up was seamless!! Thankyou for a 5 star parking experience and I will 100% be flying from Heathrow again and parking my car through Eazy parking!!😊
Exceptional! Outstanding! Amazing service provided by Valentino from start to finish. Location is very close to the airport. Very secure car park and easy to find and access. The drop off and pick up was the selling point for me being with a family. Communication was on point and Valenetino was very friendly and courteous. Just used the services of Eazy Secure Parking and it's owner Valentino. His service has been exceptional from start to finish. Firstly, very competitive rates for parking and they aren't in any comparison sites. I wanted a car park outside of the ULEZ zone as my car would incur the charge both ways and Valentino has the ideal parking area less than 10 minutes drive from Heathrow airport.The parking area is easy to find, is covered and looks very secure and gated and you can keep your car keys with you, safe in the knowledge your car won't be driven by others.Valentino took us in his car from the car park to Heathrow exactly on time and also picked us up precisely when we wanted from the airport back to the car park.Amazingly friendly and reliable gentleman. I would not hesitate in the slightest to use this company's service again in the future.

We had a great experience parking here. Good communication before hand - found it easily and then had a lift waiting as we parked to take us to the airport. Car was left in a secure car park and we took the keys with us. Uber sent to collect us from the airport once we landed which arrived within a couple of minutes of getting our bags. Would 100% recommend parking here if going to heathrow, and i will definitely use again 👍

If I could give 10 stars I would Valentino and Eazy secure parking are brilliant they done everything they said they would and in good timing don't be put off that they are not listed on holiday extras or any website like that and don't let the location put you off either its perfect and secure more so than some of the bigger companies in the area and you can keep your keys so you know your car isn't being moved or used when your on holiday I was sceptical at first but I took the plunge so you don't have too the service was perfect and half the price and in case this matters to you like it did to me it is outside the ULEZ zone
I’ve just booked for the second time with Valentino at Eazy Secure Parking, Heathrow.On both occasions the booking process was quick & easy - and great value.As I have some mobility problems, last time we took the kerb-side Meet & Greet option, which turned out to be a seamless and stress-free experience. Valentino was exactly where he said he would be: on-time, friendly, helpful & efficient, and put all our possible worries to rest immediately. The same on our return - his systems work well.Having flown long-haul two or three times a year from this airport for over 30 years, and tried all possible parking combinations, I can honestly say that this has been by far the best, on all counts. I am happy to recommend Eazy Secure Parking without hesitation !
This review is for the park and ride service. Once we arrived at the secure car park, Valentino arrived promptly to drop us off at the airport. He arrived in a regular car and we had alot of luggage which we managed to squeeze in. Upon return from the airport Valentino accommodated for this by bringing an XL vehicle, which made loading luggage alot easier. Valentino even let me keep my car keys during the duration of the holiday and at such a reasonable price. Valentino went above and beyond to assure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend and would definitely use again.

I parked my van their at eazy secure parking and its stolen after 12days. Eazy secure parking is too bad .after stolen my van he told me just go through insurance.very bad

I booked to use the Park and Ride service, however this changed to being Meet and Greet. This was no problem to me, and Valentino was there at the start and finish of the booking all as planned. I will certainly use this firm again, really good value!

One of the best services I have ever come across. I would normally use other parking services near Heathrow, but this one is exceptionally the best. Valentino was very plight and helpful too. When we got there, he met us and took our luggage into his car, dropped us at the T5 and also got the trolley too and luggage loaded. On return, once we called after collecting our luggage, we did not have to wait, he was waiting for us. Back to my car, all loaded, but flat battery. Valentino help me to restart the car as it was hybrid, not simple, but he stayed till we were on our way home.I fully recommend this service, he goes beyond and above the service indicated. I will be using this service each time I go abroad and have passed on to my friend and relatives too.Thank you for your service and looking after us too.

I left Heathrow on way to thialand. I was greeted by valintino. He was very polite very curious he even made sure we had everything out car so we didn't forget anything. And on arrival back in UK there was a problem at the pick up point so Valentino called me but I could see the problem in the car park but valintino went above and beyond by recommend we meet at drop off I was very happy he saved me lots of time thank you my friend 10/10

My son and I were met by Valentino at 4.30am at Heathrow. He greeted us with unparalleled charm and friendliness. He took our car and we returned at 10pm in the evening to collect the car. He greeted us in the same manner as earlier in the day. What a delight to have dealt with such a pleasant person. We will certainly use him again as and when the situation arises. Our travel experience was definitely enhanced by using Eazy Secure Parking.
Sadly I cannot give 0 stars as that is not an option. 1 star is too generous for this company.We used Eazy Secure parking for our holiday. When the car was returned to us we immediately noticed the car had been deliberately scratched by a key all around the body of the car, causing significant damage to the vehicle. The employee of Eazy secure parking, who returned the vehicle to us, couldn’t explain how the damage had happened and explained she was just the driver. We rang the owner (Valentin Gjopalaj) who profusely apologised and agreed to pay for the damage that had occurred while in his company’s care. He never paid us for the work incurred fixing the damage (approx £1.5k). We therefore took his company to a small claims court which ruled in our favour as they admitted liability in the hearing. The courts therefore ordered Eazy secure parking to pay us for the damage. To this date, despite the CCJ they have not paid us and are still operating their company. Their website states ‘we will endeavour to take all reasonable care of your vehicle for the period you have booked’ and ‘ Customer’s vehicles are fully insured whilst in the car park’. Both statements are false as our car was damaged and despite admitting liability they have not made a claim on their insurance to pay for the damage. We have had to pay this ourselves. Using this company was an expensive mistake for us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS YOUR VEHICLE IS AT RISK OF BEING DAMAGED.
My experience was really good, I love the they sent me a photo of my car where it was parked. Valentino was so friendly to me from the time I book my car in and picked it up. Please book your parking with them, you won't regret it.
As is often the way with travel i woke early today to find my flight to JFK was delayed by 4 hours - so I left early with the intention of getting the earlier flight....I texted Valentino from Eazy who told me he would meet me earlier at the drop off and "not to worry"....the travel gods were against me however and not only was the M25 closed but the traffic lights were broken en route to Terminal 3! I missed the check in by 3 minutes!Valentino kept in contact with me throughout the whole process at my drop off (having waited the extra hour and a half) and then sent me a picture of my car to assure me it was safe.I have used many different drop off's in my time (I work in Travel PR) but this is by far the best I have ever experienced and I would not hesitate to recommend them - Valentino turned a stressful situation into a manageable one.
Well what can I say. Valentino is an absolute super star! Keeps you informed on everything. Puts your mind at ease really helpful and professional. Look no further if you need parking at Heathrow airport I can not recommend them enough. This is a genuine review. Good people still exist.
The most unprofessional car parking service I have ever used. You’re told to call 20 minutes before arrival, yet even with doing so you still need to wait up to half an hour for one of the valet drivers to arrive. If you try to complain, they brush it off and fail to see the urgency of you having a flight to catch. To collect the car you are told the same thing, I called half an hour before I even arrived at the car park and still had to stand in the freezing cold for half an hour before they finally brought my car. They seriously need to work on their service and understand the matter of urgency in people needing their cars.
Highly recommend and will always use. Valentino is exceptional. Super efficient, professional, on time and your car is safely parked inside whilst you are away. Communication is easy and everything is taken care of. Tried many valet parking companies and will now always use Eazy Parking. Excellent price too.
